Can precocious teen superstar Justin Bieber get any more perfect?

The pop poppet 16-year-old Justin Bieber has taken to Twitter to tell us his thoughts about respecting woman.

And, as you'd expect from the shiny-haired hit factory, it's pretty profound.

Justin wrote:

A lot of u are tweeting me about the TT #girlrespect so im gonna chime in. All girls should feel beautiful. a real man knows to treat a lady like a queen. ur happiness comes from theirs. step up fellas. #girlrespect'

Justin was raised by his single mother Pattie Lynn Mallette and has previously said she is his inspiration.

Cheryl Cole and Katy Perry have previous said they are huge fans of the Baby singer.

He's just so perfect!

On the eve of JB being featured as one of Baba Wawa's "10 Most Fascinating People" where he discusses his kiss with Jasmine V, here is his interview on Baba's Sirius Satellite radio program back in March where he again is asked about girls and dating.

This is a subject that will hound JB every time he is interviewed. It's not fair for him when you really think of it because you don't usually see adults being asked these personal questions all the time. Must get annoying after a while.

No wonder Justin is changing his mind and saying he now doesn't want to date a fan. Thanks Usher! 

Being a mentor to the young pop star Justin Bieber, “OMG” hitmaker Usher had given him an advice about not dating a fan.

The 16-year-old singer has been told to enjoy his success but to learn from his own mistakes and try to keep a distance from his fans.

“I tell Justin you’ve got to love all your fans without falling in love with them. I can’t say I’ve never dated a fan but it’s not a good idea. I tell him to understand that you are a fantasy to them and you should be mindful of that,” Usher said.

“And I encourage him to not take success so seriously so early. Have fun with it. And make friends!”

Meanwhile, Usher, who has two-year-old and 23-month-old sons Usher V and Naviyd with ex-wife Tameka Foster, is indeed grateful for his own success. He knows he’s very lucky and so he would never complain about his life.

“I’m so happy. I can’t complain. And if I did, people would have a fit,” he said.
“How could I complain when I get to do what I do, travel, be with my kids and have a grand life?”

Justin Bieber is on the lookout for a famous girlfriend - he's vowed never to date a female fan because they are "too adoring".

The Baby hitmaker admits it's hard for him to find a partner who doesn't like him for his fame.

He tells Britain's The Guardian, "There are so many girls who would just do anything for me because of my status. Someone told me it's great to be with somebody who has just as much to lose as you do...

"(Dating someone famous is) probably a good idea. Because I can never date somebody who's so in love with me that she would do anything for me."

In recent weeks, Bieber has been linked romantically to both Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez. He recently attended a high school football game with the latter, and revealed she's a "sweetheart".

It may seem hard to believe that Justin Bieber has any trouble with the ladies, but to insure his success with the opposite sex Justin has decided to go all out and hire a swagger coach! If all else fails however, Justin has a quick fix to meet the ladies. “Before a show, Justin has a member of his entourage walk through the crowd and pick out the cutest girls,” an insider says. “Then they all go backstage where Justin is waiting for them.”

It seems like Justin is quite the ladies man with, or without, a swagger coach.

All Kim Kardashian jokes aside, Justin Bieber is still an unattached teen.

"I'm single," Bieber, 16, told PEOPLE at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday. "I'm kind of looking, but I'm kind of trying to stay single."

Even though a girlfriend isn't a priority for the pop star, he still knows what he what he wants in his match.

"An ideal girl is someone who is funny – who can make me laugh," Bieber says. "And someone who has nice eyes and a nice smile."

But above all else, the "Baby" singer needs someone who can pass the test of his mom.

"My mom didn't even want me dating, but that kind of didn't work," he says, adding that he "definitely" wants someone who is the bring-home-to-mom type of girl.

Justin Bieber has encouraged his fans to make a closer encounter with him once they see him. During a recent interview for October issue of Teen Vogue, which will be on newsstands on September 14, the "Favorite Girl" singer said when asked about his fans who might spot him on the street, "Just talk to me. Ask me how I'm doing."

"Introduce yourself instead of yelling, 'Justin! Justin! Justin! Can I have a picture?' " Bieber explained. Still, he had to warn his fans about one thing, saying "Don't come up to me while I'm eating. How would you like it if I came into your house and started taking pictures of you while you were eating? I hate that."

Beside raising to fame with his music career, Bieber also wants to find success in movie industry. "I want to be the lead star in a movie," Bieber later stressed. When asked whom he wants to be his leading lady, Bieber quickly answered, "Selena Gomez". And as his manager, Scooter Braun, reminded him not to "starting a fire," the singer smiled hugely and added, "She's a good buddy of mine. She's really nice."

Justin Bieber is planning to "stay pure" until he finds the right girl, says his mother Pattie Mallette.

Speaking about her 16-year-old son, Pattie said during an interview: "He's expressed his desire to stay pure, and honor women, and treat women with respect. So hopefully that stays valid."

Bieber himself meanwhile revealed that he finds it difficult to trust girls, because of his fame. "It's definitely hard to find a girl that really likes me for me. You gotta be careful," said the Baby singer during a TV special on E!.

Over the last few weeks, Justin Bieber has jokingly come on to Kim Kardashian, Cheryl Cole and Megan Fox.

But what kind of girl is the singer actually in the market for? Read closely, ladies, as Bieber revealed the traits that give him love fever in a recent interview.

"She needs to have a nice personality, a good sense of humour, nice eyes and a brain," he said. "What's the point of having a nice looking girlfriend if you can't talk to her? You want to be able to sit down to dinner and be with someone who you can have a proper conversation with."

What do girls do that confuses you? 
'One time, a fan in Seattle came up to me and for some reason she decided she was going to tackle me. She crept up behind me and gave me a hug, but then she ended up knocking me to the ground. I didn't get that at all. It wasn't nice!'

What is the last lie you told? 
'I dunno, I tell a lot of lies! A couple of years ago I had an F grade on a test at school, but I turned it into a B with the teacher's pen! My mom had to sign that she's seen it before I took it back to school, so she had no idea how bad it actually was!'

Have you dumped someone over the phone?
'Yes, I broke up with a girl that way once. That's terrible, isn't it? We got into an argument during a phone call so I basically said, 'I don't wanna be with you and more,' and she cried. I saw her after that and it was a bit awkward, but we're not enemies now, so that's cool.'

How long had you been seeing her?

The 16-year-old star hates it when women try too hard with their appearance in order to grab his attention and wishes they would wear fewer cosmetics.

He said: "I don't like girls who wear lots of make-up and you can't see their face. Some girls are beautiful but insecure and look much better without the make-up, but decide to put loads on.

"I like girls with nice eyes and a nice smile."

The US heartthrob also revealed he does his best to play it cool when speaking to someone he wants to ask out on a date.

He explained to Top of the Pops magazine: "It depends on the situation. But at first I won't let her know - you've got to pace yourself. Then, maybe by the end of the conversation, I'd ask her something like, 'Do you have a phone number that I could reach you at?' That's usually how it goes."

Despite being a teen pin-up, the 'Never Let You Go' singer was only allowed to start dating when he turned 16 because his mother didn't think he was mature enough.

He said: "Yes, she did say that. But she realised I was growing up, so now she doesn't mind. That was what she said to me when I was younger, but she knows that I date now."

Uh oh. The sounds of a million Justin Bieber fans sobbing can be heard the world over as JB gets himself a girlfriend.

Justin was spotted leaving a Black Eyed Peas concert with his new girlfriend and seemed protective of her as he led her towards a waiting car. The pop star is the hearts desire of most teenagers and we know some of you will be upset that he is no longer on the market.

Don't worry though, teenage love never lasts long and we bet she won't be his 'one love, for sure' for very long...
