Justin Bieber has promised to treat his devoted fans with a brand new music video for single "U Smile". Making use of his Twitter, the Canadian pop sensation uncovered he has indeed been working on a different version of the clip made in support of his retro Motown vibe track off "My World 2.0".
"Been working on a new video for U SMILE today. Different versions. Hope u guys will like it," 16-year-old Justin tweeted on Monday, September 13. Though he hasn't announced the premiere date of the video just yet, he did give fans clue of what the video would be like. "Some water fights goin on. Good times," he wrote.
On the same day he posted the announcement, the "Somebody to Love" hitmaker was spotted sporting a few different outfits for the shooting of the video which took place in downtown Los Angeles. During the particular day of filming, he was spotted joined by a female companion. Jaden Smith, who is featured in his "Never Say Never" song, was also seen hanging out with him on the set.
On September 12, Justin has been honored with a Moonman for Best New Artist at 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. On the prize, he told Hollyscoop, "Everything's just been kind of a whirlwind, I look back and realize last year I presented and nothing was going on too special Now I'm performing [and] I'm up for best new artist so it's pretty crazy. I don't know it's special...it's really special."
As for how he celebrated his first Moonman, Hollywood Life reported that he dined at WP24 by Wolfgang Puck at The Ritz-Carlton in Los Angeles with a group of about 10 friends including Usher. An onlooker detailed, "They dined post-awards and were at the restaurant until after 11 P.M., [Justin] seemed thrilled to be at the center of all the excitement and action."
