JUSTIN BIEBER Jessica Jarrell

Although Justin Bieber didn't win any of the three Juno Awards he was nominated for on on Saturday night, he's doing just fine. In fact, it's friends like singer Jessica Jarrell that keep the 16-year-old pop star in check.

In this exclusive JSYK photo, JB and Jessica stop to pose for a pic while hanging outside of a radio show. This is just a preview of what's about to come this summer -- the two friends will be spending plenty of time together when Jessica joins Justin on his first-ever headlining tour of the U.S. and Canada.

Fans of the Bieb are already familiar with Jessica, whether they know it or not. The 15-year-old L.A.-based R&B singer is the female voice on Justin's ballad 'Overboard' from 'My World 2.0,' and the mystery guest he tweeted about before his record was released.

If you love 'Overboard,' you can hear more of Jessica's sweet vocals on her single, 'Almost Love (24/7),' which is streaming on her MySpace page now. The song will be exclusively available in Justice's stores, beginning tomorrow, April 20.

She may have had a long night on the road, but Ally Farr couldn't wait to get to school Monday morning.

The 13-year-old from Grand Falls-Windsor got Justin Bieber's autograph on the red carpet at the 2010 Junos Sunday evening.

"I'm just going to go in tomorrow and freak out and say, 'Oh my gosh, I went to St. John's yesterday and I met Justin Bieber," said a glowing Farr.

The excitement of having the international pop sensation's John Hancock made travelling to St. John's and back in one day worth it.

What did she say to Bieber as he signed her book?

"I love you," she said with a wide grin.

And what did Bieber say in return.

"I love you," Farr said with an even wider grin.

She was one of thousands who lined the red carpet on New Gower Street in front of Mile One Centre for a glimpse of the Biebz.

Oh no she didn't! She did! She did!!! lmao

Justin Bieber Fever Overtakes Canada

Justin Bieber may have come up empty-handed at the 2010 Juno Awards in Canada, but it wasn't for lack of screaming. International superstars Michael Bublé and Drake were the big winners at the annual celebration of the best in Canadian music, but it was the upstart pop star who provided a running theme throughout the awards show.

The Bieber phenomenon ruled everywhere from the red carpet, where girls scrawled "Marry Me Justin Bieber" on their tank-tops and hollered for hours on end, to rapper Classified's show-opening performance, which included changing up his song 'Oh Canada' to rhyme Justin Bieber with the phrase "we love our beaver." The Barenaked Ladies joked that Album of the Year winner Michael Bublé could finally "add to his many Junos and Grammys the dubious honor of crushing the hopes and dreams of a child."

Bublé killed at Sunday night's non-televised gala, taking the podium to accept the Pop Album of the Year award for 'Crazy Love' and cracking, "Seven years ago, I came to this event as a pudgy young kid full of dreams and I come here tonight as a middle-aged balding man whose dream is to have hair like the Beibes."

"I love that flop thing he does with his hair -- just do it for me motherf***er."

Bieber got his chance to do it Sunday night, as the camera zoomed in on him every time his name was mentioned, which seemed to happen every few minutes. The teen performed his smash 'Baby' early in the show -- before his fans at home had to go to sleep, Sunday being a school night and all -- with his collar popped, his hair expertly mussed, flashbulbs filling the stands and his stage surrounded by screaming tween girls.

Justin Bieber tv show
Justin Bieber isn't content with being just a teen pop sensation — he wants to be a TV star, too.

"That'd be cool," Bieber told People magazine when asked about the prospect of having his own show.

Now Digital Spy reports that Justin's manager Scooter Braun is negotiating with TV producers "to develop a project for the star to showcase his acting talents".
