Justin Bieber has been nominated for three Juno Awards and will be performing at the ceremony on April 18. The 16-year-old pop singer is up for New Artist of the Year, Pop Album of the Year and Album of the Year.
"In Canada and just got great news...3 noms for the JUNO AWARDS!!" Justin tweeted. "And I am performing this year! Canadian and proud."
The Juno Awards is an annual Canadian music awards show much like the Grammys. The awards are given to artists for their great musical achievements throughout the year, and new members of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame are also inducted during the event.
Drake, who has a cameo in Justin's 'Baby' video, recieved four nominations and is also slated to perform at the awards. Maybe they'll do a special collaboration for the event! The 2010 Juno Awards will take place on Sunday, April 18 at Mile One Centre in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.
