Justin Bieber models off a pair of yellow-rimed sunglasses as he prepares for his jump at Auckland Bridge Bungy, Westhaven Marina in Auckland, New Zealand late last month.

The 16-year-old musician stopped by the Beverly Center Solstice Sunglass Boutique store in Los Angeles on Thursday night (May 6).

JustJaredJr.com sources tell us that Justin “came in with one of his friends and his bodyguard and was wearing red plaid pants, white tee and a Yankee cap. They were all really relaxed joking around looking at Carreras — specifically at the white pair his bodyguard purchased the day before.”

Our insider tells us that Justin ultimately purchased the Marc Jacobs 309/S metal aviator sunglasses because he didn’t want to “copy his bodyguard’s vibe.”

Justin had a group of girls following him and asking for pictures, but his bodyguard kept them out of the store. Surprisingly, no paparazzi were in tow!

Justin told UsMagazine.com he may switch up his famous, side-swept shaggy 'do one day.

"I'm kinda liking the long hair right now. In the future, I may get bored and change it up but for now I like how it is."

The New York Times reported Wednesday that teenage guys are paying $150 to get "The Bieber." (A Manhattan salon owner, Cozy Friedman, says 60 percent of his young male clients ask for the messy hairstyle, but are too embarrassed to ask for it by Bieber's name.)

Universal, Justin's record label, just asked the Manhattan (New York) Supreme Court to approve their contract with JB which was signed in December 2009.

The contract states that Justin got $400,000 US dollars cash up front for his debut album "My World". (But that's not all he makes from the album. He also gets a portion of the sales of his CD plus royalties. Royalties are what you get paid each time a radio or tv plays your song so he'll be making a lot more than the $400,000.)

The documents also says that Justin is ‘providing his services as a recording artist in recording studios located in New York City’ and that the judge should not worry because Justin's work load will not interfere with his education and welfare.
