Usher revealed MTV News: "As far as music and entertainment, that's the begining.
"There's so much more in store for the future, or at least there's a ton of things we can do and will, and with the support of his fans who will continue to just grow and grow and grow."
Having achieved so much at the age of 16, it doesn't seem that Justin will be slowing things down anytime soon, with his 3D movie, Never Say Never out next year.
The U Got It Bad singer also revealed that he admires Justin's "excitement and innocence."
"His excitement and innocence in it. And I don't mean that in a light way because I think that he's absolutely enjoying every moment of it, as any young man his age would, but in a different way because (of) the hard work that has gone in and led to the dream that has become a reality.
"And every time you have an opportunity do something incredible, I tell him to do his best and be conscious that what you're doing today should last forever and eternity."

Usher was in tears after losing two awards at the American Music Awards to Justin Bieber, including favorite entertainer of the year, the top AMA honor.
But Usher wasn't upset about his loss — far from it. Instead, he was welling with pride over the success of his young protege, Justin Bieber, who was the night's biggest winner with four awards and the youngest performer ever to capture the entertainer award.
"To see Justin take the award — having received that award before — it was like an out of body experience, you understand?" Usher said backstage. "It was emotional. I don't cry that often, but I did. Hopefully it gives an indication of how hard we worked to build a career that hopefully will flourish and blossom over the years."
Bieber, who is signed to Usher's label, had a perfect debut at the American Music Awards, winning all four awards he was nominated for: entertainer of the year, breakthrough artist of the year, favorite pop/rock male and favorite pop/rock album for "My World 2.0."
Bieber's debut album is one of the year's top-sellers, with almost two million sold, and he's got a new CD, "My Worlds Acoustic," out this week at Walmart. His ascension marks a phenomenal rise since first garnering attention via homemade videos on YouTube about three years ago.
"This means the world to me," said Bieber after winning breakthrough artist. "I come from the smallest town in the world, of like 30,000 people; I never thought this was possible."
Bieber bested mentor Usher and Eminem for two of his wins. Eminem, whose "Recovery" was a critical and commercial triumph, was nominated for five awards on the evening, tying him with Lady Antebellum, who also had a breakthrough year with their near triple-platinum album "Need You Now."

No wonder Justin is changing his mind and saying he now doesn't want to date a fan. Thanks Usher!
Being a mentor to the young pop star Justin Bieber, “OMG” hitmaker Usher had given him an advice about not dating a fan.
The 16-year-old singer has been told to enjoy his success but to learn from his own mistakes and try to keep a distance from his fans.
“I tell Justin you’ve got to love all your fans without falling in love with them. I can’t say I’ve never dated a fan but it’s not a good idea. I tell him to understand that you are a fantasy to them and you should be mindful of that,” Usher said.
“And I encourage him to not take success so seriously so early. Have fun with it. And make friends!”
Meanwhile, Usher, who has two-year-old and 23-month-old sons Usher V and Naviyd with ex-wife Tameka Foster, is indeed grateful for his own success. He knows he’s very lucky and so he would never complain about his life.
“I’m so happy. I can’t complain. And if I did, people would have a fit,” he said.
“How could I complain when I get to do what I do, travel, be with my kids and have a grand life?”

This is a weird one. Ne-Yo has just claimed he discovered Justin at 11 when he came to a show and performed, 2 years before Usher met Justin. Isn't this weird if this is true?

According to MSN, quoting The Sun’s interview with the ‘Closer’ singer, Ne-Yo revealed that he passed up the chance to sign Justin Bieber years ago because he was too young.
Ne-Yo explained: “He came to a show and performed and was incredible then. But I didn’t do anything because he was 11.”
But Ne-Yo added that he “have no regrets,” even though Bieber is now a hot property that is not only selling albums, but also merchandises under his name, like perfumes, dolls and even nail polishes.
In related news, Justin Bieber is one of the biggest winner in the recently concluded EMA (Europe Music Awards) in Spain. The 16 year-old singer has been crowned the Best Male Artists, beating his mentor Usher, and even Eminem.
Bieber was not in Madrid, but he thanked fans in a video: “This is amazing, i don’t know what to say. All of the other artists are inspirations to me and this is a big achievement! I owe it all to my fans, thank you very much.”

The 16-year-old Canadian singer was flown to Atlanta to meet the hip-hop star after someone saw videos of him playing the guitar and singing on Youtube. Justin was thrilled to meet Usher, but says he was not scared to perform for him.
“This manager found me and flew me to Atlanta, to the studio where I first met Usher. I ran up and said, ‘Usher, I love you songs!’ A week later, he saw me on Youtube and was like, ‘Man, I need to get this kid back,’ so he flew me back to Atlanta. I had nothing to lose so I wasn’t nervous. I was just having fun,” Justin told Top of the Pops magazine.
Justin is now one of the biggest-selling pop acts in the world. He is currently touring to promote his album My World 2.0 and will start recording his next record later this year. He is extremely proud of how far he has come, and is certain the future holds more big things for him.
“I’ve just started, and I’ve already played to the US President! It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I’m having a blast,” he said. “In five years’ time I hope to have won a Grammy and started a career in acting.”

Despite his tender age, Justin Bieber is accepted as one of their own by pop's biggest stars.
Whether he's crank calling Miley Cyrus, accepting a Lamborghini from P Diddy, or filming his own 3D movie, his life is not that of the average 16-year-old.
But Bieber still has some catching up to do in one department - height.
The teen was overshadowed by the statuesque pop star Ciara as they posed together on the red carpet yesterday. The 24-year-old singer was head and shoulders above Bieber. But at 16 Bieber has more than enough time to catch up. His current height is thought to be around 5ft 4. The height difference didn't put off the Baby singer, who posed with his arm wrapped around the slender beauty's waist.
The pair were amongst the guests at the New Look Foundation's Annual World Leadership Awards in Atlanta, Georgia. Thy were joined by Bieber's manager Usher, who set up the foundation.
Baby-faced Bieber is currently busy writing his biography, First Step 2 Forever: My Story, telling his modern-day fairytale. The Canadian star was being raised by his single mother when he was discovered on the web, and signed by Usher.
He is also preparing for the release of his new single, U Smile. He tweeted: 'The song is dedicated to the fans so this one is for all of u!! Radio here we come!!'

Usher – who has mentored 16-year-old Justin Bieber since he was discovered on video-sharing website YouTube – has praised the ‘Baby’ hitmaker’s “versatility” and thinks he offers much more than other pop artists.
“Justin Bieber is someone I’m not just endorsing as a talent, he’s someone I’m nurturing as an artist. “He’s my artist. He’s an incredible talent. He’s a young man who I think represents all of what’s needed in this time to be an artist and be successful. You look at the different genres of music now, and it’s either electric dance or acoustic sound — you’ve got the Jonas Brothers, and you’ve got Lady Gaga. I think that Justin’s able to do all of it — because he plays piano, he plays guitar, he plays drums, he can dance — so a lot of it is easy to pick when I introduce a different movement to him.”
Justin, 16, is delighted that Usher has taken such an interest in helping with his career and always listens to his advice. He told In Touch Weekly magazine: “I’m very blessed to have him, because he’s been through it all — he basically started at my age. “I have this ability to ask him questions. He told me to stay humble and stay grounded, which is very important.”

When it comes to Justin Bieber, his mentor Usher says he wants to be involved in his teen pop sensation's career for a long time.
"I felt like this was a story that I’d like to be involved with for the long haul, not just a moment," he told On The Red Carpet's Jason Morrell in a recent satellite interview. "To be able to build a career that will span for years."
Bieber, 16, captured the attention of industry executives several years ago by posting homemade videos of himself singing songs, including Usher's, on YouTube. This self-promotion eventually led to a meeting with Usher and a record deal.
Bieber is now one of the most popular pop artists today and lends his voice to a track on the soundtrack for the film The Karate Kid, which was released on Friday, June 11.
Usher made history on June 6 performing on two continents over the course of a day, playing in New York City and London. Bieber joined his mentor on stage for an impromptu performance in London, which drove the fans wild.
Last month, Usher released his ninth No. 1 single, "OMG", which features will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas.

Usher doesn’t give Justin Bieber the same advice P Diddy offered him because sex, drugs and alcohol “wouldn’t really work” for the teenager’s image.
The 31-year-old hip-hop star was mentored by music mogul P Diddy, then Puff Daddy, when he first broke into the music scene as a teenager. He is now mentoring a young musician of his own, 16-year-old Canadian singer Justin, but won’t be passing on the same tips Diddy gave to him.
“I had Puff as my mentor, but I wouldn’t pass on any of the advice he gave me,” Usher laughed. “Hip-hop, sex, drugs and alcohol wouldn’t really work for Justin’s image. He’s headed in the right direction. I’ve told him to do everything I wouldn’t do.”
Usher discovered Justin when he saw videos of him singing on YouTube in 2008. He arranged a meeting, and then signed the teenager to his record label. He continues to work closely with Justin and is convinced he will be a superstar for years to come.
“He has this amazing talent,” Usher explained to Australian radio programme the Kyle and Jackie O Show. “He has the voice, the personality, he has so many God-given talents. As he begins to open up and go out of his comfort zone in music, he’s going to get even greater.”
