Justin Bieber's parents are allegedly "at war" over the teenagers fame and fortune.

According to The Mirror, JB's mother Pattie Mallette and his dad Jeremy Bieber are "at loggerheads", with their feud apparently "tearing" the Baby singer apart.

Pattie, who fell pregnant with Justin aged just 17-years old and is separated from Jeremy, is now said to have reignited her battle with her ex, leaving the Never Say Never star in the middle.

The newspaper claims that the Biebster's parents are "furious" at being sidelined by Justin's manager Scooter Braun, mentor Usher and "father-figure" Will Smith, and instead of uniting in their anger, they have reportedly turned against each other.

A family friend told the tabloid: "Pattie is forever sniping that she gave up everything for Justin and she should be the person who makes the decisions,”

“Jeremy, meanwhile, wants to be at the centre of his son’s life. He hates the way other men, especially Usher and Will Smith, are acting as father figures."

They continued: “Pattie was only 17 when she found out she was pregnant. Jeremy was a year older and a real bad boy. They split up when Justin was a tiny baby, but they’ve been fighting ever since.”

“They both made a big effort for Justin’s sake. But they didn’t always agree with the way the other wanted to bring him up. Jeremy claims Pattie is an overbearing stage mum – Pattie says Jeremy’s only interested in the fame. In fairness, neither is true."

The source explained: "Pattie tries to be strict, imposing curfews and banning Justin from using his computer after 10.30pm. But he is almost an adult now. Jeremy is the fun-and-games father, letting Justin do what he wants.They recently got matching tattoos and have been on exotic holidays together."

"To add to their problems, Justin has started acting up. He can be sullen when he doesn’t get his own way and has started to treat minions like dirt – swearing at them or raising his eyebrows in that way that teenagers do.”

Justin is said to be helping his father Jeremy become a rap star, after reports claimed the One Time hitmaker wants his dad to "sort his life out."

Justin Bieber is looking forward to spending the festive season with his family.

The 16-year-old 'Baby' hitmaker has spent much of 2010 on the road and can't wait to get home to Canada to see his loved ones.

He said: "What's at the top of my Christmas list? To celebrate the holidays with my family."

The teenage singing sensation is hopeful his good conduct throughout the year will lead to him getting lots of Christmas gifts.

He joked: "Have I been naughty or nice? I like to think of myself as being nice."

Justin was able to look back on his successes of the last year while penning his autobiography 'First Step 2 Forever: My Story' and loved writing the book as it made him feel closer to his fans.

He explained: "The book was really cool for me, because I was able to take people into my world and really close into what I'm thinking.

"I like scaring the girls. In the book, I was talking about how I made out with a girl for a week profusely. Then I'd be like, ha, ha, just kidding."

Teen idol Justin Bieber stirs up a frenzy wherever he goes.

It's hard to believe that just two years ago Justin was a regular kid growing up in a town in Canada, but there's one guy who says he always knew Justin would be a star.

"I'm not surprised at all; once he went at this, I knew he was going to be great," says Jeremy Bieber, Justin's dad.

The proud father is speaking for the first time, only on INSIDE EDITION. He gave our Megan Alexander a personal tour of Justin's old haunts.

Justin came from humble beginnings. His parents were high school sweethearts. His dad was just 22 years old when Justin was born, and he works as a carpenter.

As early as age 8, Justin would perform on steps with his guitar and drums playing his original songs for anyone who would listen. The tips were pretty good; one year he made enough money to take his mom on vacation!

But it wasn't those performances that would launch his career. Justin was discovered via YouTube! He had posted videos he made for his grandmother, and they were seen by a talent scout and singer Usher. The rest is history.

"I never thought anything of it, in fact I wasn't even so much aware of it, it was something he just did in his spare time," says Jeremy.

The small town boy with the mop-top haircut became an overnight sensation.

"In two short years, from YouTube video to superstardom, does that just amaze you?" INSIDE EDITION's Megan Alexander asks him.

"It seems so normal because he's just been so good at everything he's done, he's been such a good boy all around, I mean it sounds like a fairytale and I may be biased because I'm his dad but he's just been so amazing," Jeremy says.

But there are downsides to fame too. Earlier this year, police were called after a 12-year-old boy claimed Justin shoved him during a laser tag game near Vancouver.

Jeremy was there. "Right away everybody noticed him and knew who he was"

Justin was never charged, and Jeremy says the incident was blown out of proportion. But now they are more careful where they go.

He says, "We just can't do that anymore, unfortunately, unless we rent out the whole place out and just invite his friends."

Do you miss the old days, when Justin was just a regular kid?" Alexander asks.

"I definitely miss that," says Jeremy.

Justin Bieber mother has denied rumors that the teen pop star has fired his manager, and called the report ‘absurd’.

The singer hits ‘Baby’ it has long been rumored to dismiss the manager, Scooter Braun. But the mother, Pattie Mallette, insisted denied the fake news.

“The news does not make sense. Please, do not believe everything that you hear. Nothing is changed from the team of Justin Bieber. Scooter Braun and all the other teams we love you!” Pattie wrote in a Twitter account.

Justin Bieber’s mother believes she’s being cut out of his career and has spent the past week looking to hire a lawyer to represent her interests, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

While Bieber has dominated headlines the past few days because of an incident with another boy while playing laser tag, behind the scenes a far more contentious battle is brewing.

Pattie Mallette believes she’s been pushed too far out of Justin’s career – to the point where she never read her son’s autobiography until it came out, one source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com.

In addition, when Justin’s team announced he was launching a nail polish line, his mother had no idea.

“No one in Justin’s camp told her or consulted her,” the source said. “She found out about it by reading it in the press.”

Pattie is so upset she’s looking for a lawyer to represent her interests.

“She doesn’t want anyone to think she’s after her son’s money – and she’s not,” a source said. “But she hasn’t bought clothes for herself in two years! She flies coach. Her son writes an autobiography and no one even shows it to her.

“It’s ridiculous. And Pattie is really tormented over it.”

Scott "Scooter" Braun is Justin’s manager and the man credited with discovering the star, who grew up in Ontario, Canada. Braun denied that Pattie is unhappy over the situation with Justin and told RadarOnline.com: "There are no truth to rumors that Justin's mom is unhappy. She worked and co-operated on his autobiography."

But people close to Pattie say Braun is unaware that she has been looking for a lawyer to represent her interests. And in terms of the autobiography they say it’s just one of many Bieber projects that Braun controls with very, very little or absolutely no input from Pattie.

“She’s in a tough position,” one source said of Pattie. “She feels that she’s being cut out of her son’s business life by the people around him. She doesn’t know what to do. It was a big step for her to finally go out and look for a lawyer for herself.

“Now we’ll see if she follows through.”

Pop sensation Justin Beiber has been linked to many starlets but it was his mother who was on his arm as he attended his guitarist's wedding.

The Baby hitmaker joined in the festivities at the Jewish wedding of Dan Kanter and was accompanied by his mother Pattie Mallette, reported Daily Mail online.

Wearing a traditional yarmulke skullcap with his pink shirt and vest, the 16-year-old danced with his mother.

The 32-year-old also manages her son's career and had her first and only child when she was just 16.

And Pattie was his date to the nuptials, despite rumours he is dating another teen pop star, Jasmine Villegas, who co-starred in one of his music videos.

As a precociously talented, chipmunk-esque singing sensation, teen heart-throb Justin Bieber would find it hard to be any more adorable.

Yet the Canadian 16-year-old has pulled it out the bag yet again by admitting a striking dedication to the main woman in his life - his mother.

The tiny teen Youtube star Justin Bieber has talked about his struggle to treat his mother Pattie Mallette properly. Justin's parents divorced when he was young.

He's now revealed that he busked before becoming famous for smash-hits such as One Time and Baby in order to earn enough to whisk her away on holiday.

He said: "I often sat with my guitar and sang. After a while, I got so many tips that I could pay for the first ever vacation for my mom and me. We went to Florida."

Justin also said that his mother was the most important woman in his life.

He said: "My mom and I have a really good relationship because together we made it from rags to riches. Without her I'd never have achieved this much. She made a lot of sacrifices to make my dream of a music career possible.

"She's always there for me and I never want to let her down. She's the best mom in the world."

Thanks to "Stratford Guy" for submitting Pattie's year book pictures to the site.

"I went to high school with Justin's parents, here are pictures of his Mom I found in the year book, from 1991 and 1993."

This looks like when she was 16 or 17 and since she gave birth to Justin when she was 17 it probably means that Justin was already growing in her stomach when these pictures were taken. Kinda weird to think of it that way but quite interesting.

Justin Bieber’s mom won’t pose for Playboy despite $50,000 offer, says against religious beliefs

On Friday, a legal representative for Justin Bieber said the teen heartthrob’s mother, Patricia Mallette won’t be taking off her clothes for Playboy magazine.

Ravi Batra told Radar Online “While natures beauty in any form is worthy of appreciation, Justin’s mom Patricia is a born again Christian.”

He added “There is no truth that she would ever pose in Playboy, as it goes against her religion.”

Radar had reported prior that Mallette had been offered $50,000 to appear topless in an upcoming issue of the magazine.

According to a recent report, Playboy magazine has offered Pattie Lynn Mallette $50,000 to pose for a spread in an upcoming issue.

The big question remains: will she accept? It remains unknown if Pattie –who’s divorced from Justin’s dad- will accept the offer.

A rep at Playboy told Hollyscoop, "We’re not commenting on this at this time."

Justin Bieber would be nowhere without his mother, Pattie Mallette: She posted the now-infamous videos of him on YouTube, relocated to Atlanta with him so he could launch his recording career and keeps him grounded with chores and a curfew.

But in honor of Father's Day, it's time to pay tribute to the man behind the boy: Jeremy Bieber.

Though Justin was raised by his mom in Stratford, Ontario, his father has always been a part of his life. "I have a great relationship with my dad," the pop star, 16, told Seventeen. "When I was younger, he taught me how to play some songs on the guitar, like 'Knockin' on Heaven's Door' by Bob Dylan."

While Mallette, 36, turned Justin on to Boyz II Men, Jeremy, 37, exposed him to harder-rocking groups – and has since helped him with an important rite of passage.

"He's the one who got me into classic rock and then turned me on to stuff like Guns N' Roses and Metallica," Justin told the magazine. "He taught me how to drive too. He's cool."

So what else is there to know about the man who calls himself Lord Bieber on Twitter?

Jeremy lives in Canada, where he is married and has two younger children, Jazmyn and Jaxon. According to his Tweets, he thinks Dumb and Dumber "has to be the greatest movie of all time" and will "never get sick of" Seinfeld.

Meanwhile, on a personal web site he created seven years ago, Jeremy revealed he reads The Sword of Truth fantasy novels and loves to play the card game Spades. But that's not all: "I love the outdoors. I follow and play a variety of sports. I love camping and boating, but most of all, I love to travel."

The site is also loaded with shirtless photos of Jeremy showing off his tattooed chest – as well as photos of his son as a young boy. (Earlier this year, the teen got his first tattoo: a seagull to match one his father has.)

"My life is my son," Jeremy wrote on the site. "He is 9 years old and is the most talented person I know. He's a 'looker' too (just like his dad)!"

Like a lot of teens, Justin Bieber's parents split up. Although he spends the majority of his time on the road with his mom Pattie, Justin's still pretty tight with his dad Jeremy, who JB credits for teaching him how to drive and introducing him to classic rock.

"I have a great relationship with my dad," Biebs tells Seventeen magazine in a special issue devoted entirely to the Canadian pop star. "When I was younger, he taught me how to play some songs on the guitar, like 'Knockin' on Heaven's Door' by Bob Dylan."

Justin's able to remain so close to both his mom and dad because they respect each other. "My parents weren't the type to talk trash about each other," he says. "Some parents, when they split up, the mom will say, "Your dad's a jerk," but mine were never like that. So that definitely made it easier for me. I knew they loved me, and they split up because of them, not because of me."

At the end of the day, Justin's still a momma's boy. Forget spoiling her with spa days, cars, or expensive jewelry. The 16-year-old spills, "I'd like to buy my mom a house." Aw.

The 16-year-old Canadian pop star has been home-schooled since he shot to fame last year. He loves not having to go to school everyday, but enjoys reminiscing about some of his naughtier escapades.

The star says he used to lie all the time, and even changed his fail grade to a pass so his mother wouldn’t find out how badly he had done in an exam.

“I tell a lot of lies,” Justin told Top of the Pops magazine. “A couple of years ago. I had an F grade on a test at school, but I turned it into a B with the teacher’s pen!

“My mom had to sign that she’d seen it before I took it back, so she had no idea how bad it actually was!”

Justin has also lied to his mother about more trivial things. He once told her he had handmade a cake for her birthday, when he had in fact purchased it from a local shop.

“It’s not the first time I’ve lied,” he laughed. “I told her I’d baked her a cake for her birthday once, but I really just bought it from a baker. I would’ve if I knew how, but I was afraid I’d mess it up.”

Justin Bieber chatted with TWIST about the intense emotions he went through when his parents divorced: 'My parents splitting up is definitely not one of the highlights of my life. It’s sad, (in a divorce) the kid experiences feeling like one of his parents left. It makes you not feel so good.'

Justin felt abandoned when his dad moved out but as he grew up, he was able to let out all his pent up emotions through songs: 'The most personal song I’ve written is ‘Down to Earth’ because it’s about how my mom and dad split up when I was at a young age. It’s just about everyday life and how there are struggles.'

Now Justin’s shared his song, he's come to accept his parents’ separation: 'I think a lot of kids have had their parents split up, and they should know that it wasn’t because of something they did.'

Just a year ago, Winnipeggers Pat and Al Bieber were leading a quiet life. When the phone rang, it was one of their children or friends calling. They liked it that way.

Then a 15-year-old boy whose father lives in Winnipeg became a singing sensation. The Biebers' phone started to ring. And ring. And ring.

"Oh my gosh they call from all over the country," says Pat. "We've had hundreds of calls. Last summer was very busy."

The couple are not connected in any way to 16-year-old Justin Bieber, pop star and heartthrob to 'tween girls. In fact, Pat Bieber has a ready response to the young callers.

"They only have to say, 'Are you related to...' and I fill it in for them," she says.

The couple decided to keep their phone number. At least two other Biebers in the phone book have changed their number or gone unlisted. Sharing the last name of an international phenomenon, especially in a city as small as Winnipeg, can be a curse.

Guy Bieber, the CEO of Bieber Securities, says his phone number, thank the Lord, has been unlisted since 1982. "I've never been more thankful I made that decision," he says. His brother Greg is listed. He's been getting calls at home. Guy Bieber says things could be worse. "I understand he's a nice kid."

Bieber adds that his daughter, golfer Stacey Bieber, is prepared to be inundated with questions about Justin when she hits the circuit this summer. The family surname has been usurped by the singer. (Note to oblivious adults: Justin Bieber is huge. He's the Davy Jones, Leif Garrett or George Michael of his time. He's cute as a puppy and little girls adore him. He has great hair. He'll be performing at the MTS Centre September 14. Tickets go on sale Friday. Consider yourselves warned).

Justin's father Jeremy and his wife Erin are not shy about their claim to the boy. Jeremy's Twitter name is LordBieber. Erin's name is BieberMommy. The couple have two young children together, Jazmyn and Jaxon. Justin, as ardent fans will know, was raised primarily by his mother.

But in this fleeting time of Biebermania, every tenuous connection becomes a clue for fans who pore over fanzines and get swoony at the thought of a face-to-face meeting. Many ne'er-do-wells have created false Facebook names, claiming to be Bieber or one of his family members. Someone is impersonating a five-year-old boy named Ryan Bieber, for example. His corked-off dad (and uncle to Justin) has made it clear the preschooler does not have a Twitter account.

But the ardent need only read the Twitter pages of Justin's mother, father and stepmother to feel like insiders. For that matter, they can follow the real mop top.

Star Magazine suggests that Justin's parent's relationship might not be so great. This was especially true when, while Justin was just 2 months old, his parents went through a bitter custody battle to gain control over him.

Flirting with Tina Fey on Saturday Night Live or talking about his crush on Beyoncé, Justin Bieber is loving his moment in the spotlight. But it hasn't always been good times for the Canadian singer and his family!

In the June 14 issue of Star, which is on sale now, we report that Justin's parents — Pattie Mallette and Jeremy Bieber — were embroiled in a vicious custody battle over him when he was just a baby.

According to legal papers obtained exclusively by Star, Pattie — who was just 17 when she became pregnant — and Jeremy, then 19, attempted to live together when Justin was 2 months old, "but ultimately those efforts failed" after four months, she said. A nasty custody battle followed — in which Pattie laid bare what she claimed were Jeremy's demons, including his history of "criminal activity." Local records show that Jeremy has had multiple arrests and jail time for "assault causing bodily harm" and "breach of probation."

Pattie was given custody in May 1995 and allowed Jeremy time with their son. But when he went to court in December 1996 to ask for increased visitation and overnight stays with Justin, Pattie went on the offensive. Overnight visitation was "inappropriate," she alleged in the court papers, because Jeremy was dealing with "uncontrolled violent behavior" and "alcohol and drug abuse."

Wonder if their bad relationship has shaped who he is. It's kinda sad.
