Justin Bieber mom Pattie is upset with manager Scooter Braun

Justin Bieber’s mother believes she’s being cut out of his career and has spent the past week looking to hire a lawyer to represent her interests, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

While Bieber has dominated headlines the past few days because of an incident with another boy while playing laser tag, behind the scenes a far more contentious battle is brewing.

Pattie Mallette believes she’s been pushed too far out of Justin’s career – to the point where she never read her son’s autobiography until it came out, one source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com.

In addition, when Justin’s team announced he was launching a nail polish line, his mother had no idea.

“No one in Justin’s camp told her or consulted her,” the source said. “She found out about it by reading it in the press.”

Pattie is so upset she’s looking for a lawyer to represent her interests.

“She doesn’t want anyone to think she’s after her son’s money – and she’s not,” a source said. “But she hasn’t bought clothes for herself in two years! She flies coach. Her son writes an autobiography and no one even shows it to her.

“It’s ridiculous. And Pattie is really tormented over it.”

Scott "Scooter" Braun is Justin’s manager and the man credited with discovering the star, who grew up in Ontario, Canada. Braun denied that Pattie is unhappy over the situation with Justin and told RadarOnline.com: "There are no truth to rumors that Justin's mom is unhappy. She worked and co-operated on his autobiography."

But people close to Pattie say Braun is unaware that she has been looking for a lawyer to represent her interests. And in terms of the autobiography they say it’s just one of many Bieber projects that Braun controls with very, very little or absolutely no input from Pattie.

“She’s in a tough position,” one source said of Pattie. “She feels that she’s being cut out of her son’s business life by the people around him. She doesn’t know what to do. It was a big step for her to finally go out and look for a lawyer for herself.

“Now we’ll see if she follows through.”

Twitter played a huge part in Justin's instinct rise to fame in a very short time period but is Justin the only person behind his tweets?

I have long suspected for a while now that Justin, like other celebrities, is not the only person behind his tweets despite Scooter's claim that he forces Justin to spend 2 hours on Twitter each day in order to stay connected with his fans. That might have been true early on in his career when he had plenty of free time but I personally do not believe this is completely true anymore.

Justin is now one of the biggest celebrities who is extremely busy with appearances, rehearsals, concerts, and a million other things that we (the stalkerish fansite blog that we are) are not even aware of (recording new music, time with family and friends, etc) that I find it extremely hard to believe that he himself makes all those tweets, which if you closely look at the time of the tweets, must mean he has no real sleeping schedule as the tweets occur at all times of the day.

So after seeing this sound check video taken in LA, I'm now absolutely convinced that JB is not the only person behind his tweets. At 2:46 into the video, a fan asked him "What is your favorite part about the party on wheels?" to which he replied "Party on wheels? What's that? I've never heard of that expression."

Well, if JB never heard of that expression, and if he was the only one tweeting from his twitter account, then how does he explain, not just one, but the two following tweets:
And the party on wheels keeps Rollin...  via Twitterrific

City of Angels...I will see u soon...and the party on wheels continues.  via web

Ok the second tweet might have happened after the sound check question but the first tweet happened on July 2. A person who has not heard of an expression before will not use it in their tweets, and if he did use it there is no way he would have had absolutely no clue what it meant when the question was asked.

There you have it my friends, Justin is not the only person behind his tweets. Doesn't make him any less of the sexy and talented Canuck that I know and love. <3

You heard it here first.

Justin Bieber fans flock to his Twitter page to find out what the teen superstar is tweeting about each day. But is Justin really the person tweeting to his 3,500,000-plus followers?

It's no secret that some busy stars have their employees posting on Twitter. So, we'd hate to think that Justin has been outsourcing his tweets.

Justin's followers can breathe a sigh of relief, because his manager says tweeting is a daily priority for Justin.

"If he's not on his Twitter, I'll call him and say: 'Get on it,'" Scott Braun told the Scotsman. "As long as he keeps communicating with his fans, he can address any rumour directly because he's speaking to them."

Justin Bieber's manager Scott "Scooter" Braun and his legal team were back in court yesterday to argue that Braun's reckless endangerment charges stemming from a Long Island, New York mall incident should be withdrawn. At the hearing, Braun's lawyer Ravi Batra argued Nassau County police and mall security were to blame for a melee that began when Bieber canceled a CD signing and that Braun was simply doing what police asked him to do. The defense is also hoping to have the arrest expunged from Braun's record and is working with the District Attorney's office to suspend the case and reopen the investigation.

As Rolling Stone previously reported, Bieber's CD signing at Garden City's Roosevelt Field on November 20th, 2009 was nixed after thousands of teenage girls, a crowd that far exceeded initial expectations, descended on the mall with the hopes of seeing Bieber. Sensing a potential problem, police ordered Braun to send out a tweet through Bieber's Twitter account that alerted fans the signing had been canceled. However, things eventually became chaotic at the mall, resulting in injuries to five minors and police claimed Braun didn't tweet quickly enough. Braun pleaded not guilty to the charges after he was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and obstruction of governmental administration in March.

"Based upon the facts as we know them, the charges should really be withdrawn and the arrest expunged because the people in charge of security — Simon Malls [the company that owns Roosevelt Field], not Justin Bieber, not Scooter Braun — felt they had zero role in security," Batra tells Rolling Stone. From the onset, the mall seemed ill prepared for the Bieber fan invasion: While an estimated 5,000 to 10,000 fans were expected, the store hosting the event only had 1,200 albums in stock.

"At 4:23 p.m. on the 20th of November, a police officer told Scooter, who was in Manhattan — not in Nassau County, so it was outside Nassau jurisdiction — to send out a tweet, and the officer said if Scooter didn't do it within 10 minutes, he was not only going to arrest an Island Def Jam guy, Jim Roppo, but also put out a warrant for Scooter's arrest. Imagine if you were in Tokyo, and a Nassau County cop could tell you what to do," Batra tells RS. The prosecution claims that Braun waited roughly 90 minutes before obeying the Nassau police's order, but Batra says Braun tweeted about the cancellation just seven minutes after he was instructed.

"Only after Scooter Braun honored the police instruction, in seven minutes, were there any injuries, because only after the tweet went out that the police wanted to go out, that Justin's not coming, that's when the kids dispersed and were no longer controllable," Batra says.

Braun's next scheduled hearing is July 16th, but he and his defense team will continue their discussions with the Nassau County District Attorney to have the charges withdrawn. Still, the precedence of the case is intriguing to Batra. "This is the first Twitter arrest in history, so it brings up very beautiful and novel and important questions of the law," Batra tells RS. "The law is a beautiful thing, perhaps even more beautiful than music, so I expect this to have a happy ending."

TMZ has learned Justin Bieber's manager turned himself in to police this morning -- and it's all over unlawful Tweets ... allegedly.

Scott "Scooter" Braun surrendered on two misdemeanor charges -- Reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance -- stemming from an incident at a mall in November.

The incident which triggered the matter occurred last November at the Roosevelt Field mall when fans got out of control and at least one girl was hospitalized.

We're told cops asked Braun to Tweet that the event had been canceled but they say he refused to do so.

Braun faces one year in jail if convicted.

UPDATE: The Bieb himself is finally weighing in -- Justin just posted the following Tweet: "You've got my total support @scooterbraun Wish you were here in Chicago with us #FreeScooter"
