NOT everyone was impressed with the Bieber Fever that swept Sydney when the Canadian pop star arrived for his long-awaited concert last week.

A Bondi Junction teenager has been charged by police after he allegedly broke into the roof of Acer Arena to throw eggs at Justin Bieber during his performance on Friday night.

A number of eggs were thrown at the teen heartthrob and his backup singers during the performance, but all missed.

Acer Arena complained to police after becoming aware of the incident when details were posted on a social networking site.

A 17-year-old was arrested at his home at 7.30am on Thursday and taken to Waverley Police Station where he was charged with break and enter, trespass and malicious damage.

Police also seized a mobile phone among other items.

He has been granted conditional bail to appear at Parramatta Childrens Court on June 2.

Singer Justin Bieber has been involved in an incident aboard a Melbourne bound flight this afternoon.

Qantas cabin staff had to order Bieber and one of his security guards to take their seats after they started roaming the plane while it began taxiing at Sydney airport.

The Qantas flight attendant told Bieber that his behaviour was a security risk and that he had been acting like a child and would therefore be treated like one.

Teen pop star Justin Bieber was paid $1 million for his performance in Tel Aviv's Hayarkon Park last week, The Hollywood Reporter revealed on Wednesday.

The sum was paid up even though there were at least 11,000 fewer concertgoers than the 35,000 that organizers had hoped for, according to the report.

"They overpaid and did not market it right," the article quoted Israeli promoter Shuki Weiss as saying. "I think it's important for every artist to come to Israel, but you need to know your crowd."

Bieber arrived in Israel last Monday, and has been mobbed by throngs of teen girls and paparazzi ever since.

Some 200 young fans gathered at Tel Aviv's Sheraton Hotel upon his arrival, staying there for hours in the hope of catching sight of him. He reportedly booked rooms at five hotels, in an attempt to diffuse the mobs.

He was supposed to meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, but the premier canceled the date after the singer reportedly refused to meet with children living in communities affected by Gaza rocket fire.
